There are two wolves within us.
one feeds on fear,
the other courage and connection.
which one are you feeding?
the wolf we feed approach helps people understand what shapes us and the cultures we create over time.
We exist to help people grow in confidence, lead with character, and build communities where people and performance can flourish.

Stability is illusion. Change fundamental.
We are always changing, and being changed. Our experiences and how we make sense of them shape the choices we make. Repeated choices become habit. Habits shape character over time.
Our character influences how we respond, especially under pressure.
Choice - habit - character - choice - habit - character
The cycle continues.
culture matters
Our character shapes how we show up in other people’s lives and influence them, and interact with them, for better or worse. Together, our characters shape the cultures we create.
the choices we make
The things we notice and ignore
The habits we form
Who holds the power and who doesn’t
THE STORIES WE TELL AND ARE TOLD
who we are drawn to and withdraw from
The behaviours THAT ARE REWARDED and punished
Who we are becoming over time
what is in the shadows?
Culture shapes us. We shape culture.
Culture is more than good intentions, a charter signed, a good strategy or values in an email signature. It is produced by the hidden values, norms and assumptions in the shadows that shape what feels safe and normal and to say and do around here.
It is what gets modelled, rewarded, tolerated and challenged in everyday actions over time.
Training can give us new knowledge, but lasting change means changing the habits and shared assumptions that shape what we do over time.
Choice - habit - character - culture - choice - habit - character - culture
The cycle continues.
Every choice we make is a vote for the wolf we become.
