COACHING for Clarity,
Character and Flourishing

The Story of the two wolves

An old Cherokee chief was teaching his grandson about life. “A fight is going on inside me,” he told the young boy, “a terrible fight between two wolves.”

“One is evil, full of anger, sorrow, regret, greed, self-pity and false pride. It is a pointless kind of anger, it is destructive and changes nothing. The other is good, full of joy, peace, love, humility, kindness and faith.” “This same fight is going on inside of you, grandson… and inside of every other person on this earth.”

The grandson ponders this for a moment and then asks, “Grandfather, which wolf will win?” The old man smiled and simply said,

“The One You Feed.”

At some point, we may look at our career or the life we’ve built and ask, is this all there is?

We may realise we’re living more by habit than choice, meeting other’s expectations rather than following our own intentions and path.

We may have achieved success and reached the milestones we were taught to value: status, wealth and recognition. Yet something still feels missing. Over time, we can lose sight of the route we want to take, allowing habit and expectation to steer us instead. We want more, but perhaps not more of the same.

Is this all there is?

you are not alone

Many people feel a gap between the work they do, the life they lead and the person they want to become.

Our coaching is for those ready to face that gap and do something about it.

Using coaching theory and The Wolf We Feed concept, we explore what shapes how we think, feel and respond: the experiences that leave their mark, the stories we inherit and tell ourselves, and the beliefs and habits that influence our choices.

By bringing these influences into view, we can begin to see which wolf we have been feeding, who we are becoming and what is within our control to change.

This is not therapy or life maxxing. We don’t offer ready-made answers or simple formulae for success that do not work in real life. Instead, we create a safe space to ask harder questions, examine your choices and habits, and decide what you want to cultivate instead.

The aim is to develop strength in you to live with greater purpose, character and clarity, and to build a life in which you and the people around you can flourish. Because how we choose to live affects more than ourselves. It shapes how we show up for the people, places and responsibilities entrusted to us.

Through this coaching, we can help you:

Notice the stories shaping
your choices, what is in your control and what isn’t.

Reflect on who you
want to become.

Explore what flourishing means for you.

Understand how
culture shapes you and how to challenge it in the right way.

Build courage, character, boundaries and self-respect.

Make clearer, braver, more intentional choices.
